Throughout my career, I have led business operations, managed financial performance, analyzed organizational ecosystems, and supported strategic decision making across multiple industries including automotive, banking, financial services, real estate, and more—both nationwide.
In addition to my business experience, I served as a university tutor, supporting students across business, economics, and finance disciplines.

My doctoral research explored how minority-owned small businesses navigated the economic disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, strengthening my understanding of organizational resilience, leadership, and strategic decision-making.
